Prohibition of Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying
The West Valley School District is committed to a safe and civil educational environment that is free from the harassment, intimidation, or bullying of any student. An informal complaint should be directed to the school principal who will work to resolve the issue. If the issue is not resolved by the school principal, a formal complaint should be submitted in writing to the District Compliance Officer using Form 3207F.

The District Compliance Officer will investigate the issue within five (5) school days and provide a written response no later than two (2) school days after the investigation has been completed.
